This Review Overall Rating

Studied on the generation easyJet ATPL. Groundschool took place in Coventry with flight training in Arizona and Bournemouth.

Top quality facilities, a good working environment. Issues arose regarding aircraft relatability in Arizona but the simulator training for AQC and Type Rating was brilliant.

High level of instruction all round with the certain IR instructors proving incredibly knowledgable and helpful.

ATO has a reputation for delays but very satisfied with my experience. From groundschool to type rates within 16 months. Very fortunate to be on an airline scheme, this may have influenced training time.

Positives:

1. Reputable and recognised by the airlines.

2. Top quality facilities.

3. Good support from instructors, particularly prevalent during later stages of flight training.

Negatives:

1.  Expensive.

2. Commercial pressure. Occasionally felt like we weren’t customers and receiving a service but had been forced to be there.

3. Accommodation issues in the U.K.
