Pros:
- Top Instructing, throughout ground school and flight training
- Good social life, lived and trained in New Zealand
- Fleet was generally modern and well kept
Cons:
- Horrendous communication, from the top down
- Repeated lying, across all levels, over a 2 and a half year period
- Delays across the board, negatively impacted training, currency and overall experience.
- Company on a massively downward spiral trend, L3Harris do NOT care about their customers
Conclusion:
Despite very good training, most of the instructors have left due to terrible management from L3Harris, as have many customers. I would recommend avoiding their training at all costs.
