This Review Overall Rating
CTC/L3, Coventry then Phoenix then Bournemouth/Southampton
Coventry was fairly aged but good instruction, I enjoyed the classes and had the support I needed personally
Phoenix was good fun, the instructors were very good and the aircraft were mixed, DA40 had reliability issues, DA42NG's were excellent. Social life was what we made it so was good fun
Bournemouth was terrible, the aircraft were pretty clapped, the instructors were very good but there weren't nearly enough of them or the aircraft.
Southampton was excellent, the MCC/JOC was top notch the instructors I had were very good and I found the manuals good
The after graduation support was awful, I personally was removed from the hold pool without my knowledge or consent, I only found out when friends below me in it were placed with EasyJet...
I found my own employment with Ryanair with no support.
Good:
Quality of training was excellent, I passed exams with good marks first time
Phoenix facilities were level and the aircraft too
Southampton MCC training was to a good standard
Poor:
Constant poor comms from L3
Treated like children rather than customers time and time again
After graduation placement opportunities were pretty terrible in my experience.
