- Exceptional groundschool
- Variety of bases, I have been to 3 including NZ
- Highly professional instructors, particularly at Bournemouth
- Good customer care when contacted
- Easily stands out when compared with other flight schools, such as our uniform
Improvements
- Maybe issue a roster for a week than having to wait daily for next day's activities
- Aircraft in the UK could do with a refreshing / upgrade as most were quite old and worn out
