Smart Aviation is a very good ATO with a very nice and young fleet of Tecnam aricrafts. The instructors are very profesional and with big experience. The ATO offers very good prices and you will be using a international communication airport which is a very good expierience for young pilots. Also the city is very nice place to spend your free time.
