This Review Overall Rating
I can't recommend Adriana and the entire team of instructors enough, my experience with them has been spotless. special mention to Jaroslaw (head of training) and Adam (ME instructor ) for the patience throughout the process.
This is an ATO so most Important first: flight training.
I went to them as I needed to convert my ICAO CPL to frozen ATPL EASA. This a very annoying process for ATOs as it involves a lot of work to thoroughly go through the student's experience and come up with a reduced training proposal. They enquired all of my paperwork and went though with it and had to confirm some things with polish CAA. A lot of back and forth through emails to ensure everything was in conditions and that they could do it. Adriana was constantly available to reply to any concerns.
They gave me a slot to travel needing only a couple of weeks notice to perform the training, everything went as planned. No extra hours were required by them, even though I has been 2 years without flying.
Training is intense but very well managed, reaching until 6 hours per day between flights grounds and Sims.
Fleet is frequently maintained and in perfect condition.
Almost all instructors are former military, but this should not discourage anyone: CRM was constant and were extremely friendly and patient, even when situations didn't go as smoothly.
Mock up of the ME is available to help familiarise yourself with the cockpit before or in between flights.
There are two screens with the schedules for the day and the day after.
As for accommodation and other stuff:
They have several rooms for you to rent at very decent prices, depending on the one you get there are between 2 and 3 beds with full ensuite bathroom. The rooms and the entire common space was always tidy and clean , even better than some hotels.
There's a fully furnished kitchen where you will several fridges with freezer, and right next to it a very well made and neat dining area with plenty of space for everyone.
There are several bikes available to rent for free so you can do the shopping in a nearby market, 10-20min ride not more. If you're lazy they also rent for a reduced price a car, very useful to tour around if you have a day off.
I personally landed at nearby airports: Bydgoszcz, Poznan, Lodz or Gdansk and from there took a Train/bus to a nearby town where they arranged for the security guy to pick me up. Always on-time and never a problem.
Once again a huge thanks to the entire team and hope to see you again !
