I completed my ME-IR CPL with Adriana in July 2020. I already had an MEP and thus it only required revalidation. The aircraft were immaculate and wonderful to fly, the school is one of the most organised and well structured I've ever had the opportunity to experience and I'd recommend to any. The airstrip is ideal for training and is close to both Bydgoszcz and Gdańsk allowing easy access to the airways, SID's & STAR's thus maximising time training. The simulators were brilliant to train in and were exceptionally kept and well utilised.
The instructors are all very knowledgable and very friendly. There English is superb and the ex-military instructors are some of the best I've ever had. A huge shoutout to Marek whom conducted most of my training. He was very friendly and keen to pass on his knowledge of commercial airline operations. Mariuz is also a fantastic instructor, I've never met a more dedicated and committed bunch of instructors. They are an asset to the school.
Overall, the school is fantastic and provides exceptional value for money. Occasionally, there seems to be an inconsistency between some but not all of the instructor methods but this is negligible.
Adriana has the ability to accommodate students onsite during training which is a unique rarity. The accommodation is perfect and allows one to once again maximise their time spent training. You are however welcome to stay in the local towns instead but I opted not to do this.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis and owing to not yet having completed an MCC I have no attained employment but I have no doubt that Adriana would help me in this endeavour.
3 Positive Aspects:
- Organisation - Magda and Rafal are exceptionally organised and caring of all students
- Aircraft - Well maintained and a dream to fly
- Facilities - exceptional
3 Negative Aspects
- Some instructors act in a manner that can distress students - this however is likely to differing cultures. (Sighing and throwing arms around at mistakes rather than helping the student improve.)
- Wifi across the accommodation is relatively poor at times
- Building work whilst I was there - that's it! I'm being very picky because I can't think of anything else.
