Booked a session prior to a simulator assessment. Even with 1500+hrs I still didn’t feel comfortable enough to just jump into the assessment, so booked 2hrs with motion in the A320 FBS.
Michael was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and guided me through the ins and outs of what to expect, and how to perfect flying the aircraft.
Communication with the company was a bit slow initially, and trying to get hold of someone via a phone call was difficult, but this was due to staff sickness, and was rectified quickly.
I am pleased to say, I was offered the job.
