I completed my MCC course at Jet Masterclass in March (Just before lockdown)
The approach at Jet Masterclass is brilliant, relaxed and informal whilst being professional and well structured, the classroom and simulator elements are well balanced to help you stay engaged throughout. The classroom material was really clear, concise and they are constantly working on improving it and asking for feedback as to what would work better for us – a very different and refreshing way to operate. The instructors deliver the lessons both in the classroom and the simulator like it’s the first time they have delivered it – with some enthusiasm!
The simulator is in tip top condition with the official data packages and not a generic “737” simulator you may find at other MCC providers. There is also a procedural trainer located upstairs that may be used at your leisure and is an invaluable resource for maximalising your sim time.
Both Frank, Martyn and the other instructors are all experienced industry professionals full of nuggets of wisdom that they are all too happy to share, I’m not sure on the hours but I think you’d be hard pushed to find such a mixture of diverse and extensive experience anywhere else.
I couldn’t give Jet Masterclass higher praise, I fully enjoyed my time there, Frank, Martyn and Marina provide a warm atmosphere that will ease your nerves and allow you to relax – leaving you to be in the right frame of mind to get the most out of it! Something that really made the difference for me is the shallow gradient employed here, Frank and Martyn don’t go sit upstairs in an office for lunch they have lunch with you and build a real friendship, they are always available for questions about the course and beyond its not “when your times up, that’s it” – the door is always open.
