This Review Overall Rating
I have been to a couple of other big named ATO's but nothing is compared to AFT in terms of availability. I completed over 180 hrs of flying within 6 months whilst I was here. Hour building, Night Rating, IMC Rating, Multi engine piston rating, CPL, IR. Catered the availabilities to my needs as I was on a tight schedule to stop my theory from expiring.
The environment is a warm hearted ATO which also likes to check on how you are doing in other areas of life and work towards your schedule if you work part time.
I am currently now conducting the Flight Instructors course.
The only negative thing I would say about this ATO is that when it comes to simulators, they do not have one in house and you would have to travel to Liverpool to use ravenairs sim which AFT have an agreement with.
