Really good communication before I travelled to Poland and also whilst there. School building is suitable and does the job, lunches were provided for the ground school stage (this may have changed, I was there in 2017) the ground school was really good and effective. Flight training in new aircraft is a real treat and would reccomend it. The flight instructors are your typical CPL level, very firm but fair. You are training to become a commerical pilot (CPL) and fly in the toughest weather possible (IR) so they will tell you straight if you are not performing well or up to scratch. By the end you will feel confident to fly with your licence privilegdes, albeit be aware, when you come back to the UK you will need to learn all about NDB's as Poland does not have any. The UK does and are still used in most airfields. The IR sim sessions are tough, the instructors drives a hard bargain and will leave you feeling incompetent. Again, he is preparing you for the day you hit hard IFR conditions, your ego or instagram profile pics will not get you out of these situations!
Lodz is a fun city, lots of bars and cheap food, in summer it is rather pleasent. I reccomend this school but the standard is certainly slightly lower than the UK standard. Lots of money to be saved though!
