Having already done a basic UPRT I was dismayed to find I would have to do the training again due to EASA requirements. However, BAA did stellar work in refreshing what I had previously learnt as well as building on that knowledge further. They also adapted the course to my needs while still ensuring we hit all the points we needed to in order to complete the course.
I felt somewhat unwell during the flights and BAA adapted very well to this and handled everything throughout the day professionally and with a smile. I don't imagine there's a better place in the UK to do UPRT or an aerobatics rating with the quality of instruction and flying from the instructors being absolutely top-notch.
The facilities at Fowlmere are somewhat basic but nevertheless perfectly serviceable and very good given they haven't been at the site long. I'm very excited to return in the future and see their facilities in the future as they settle into their new home.
