I completed my AUPRT course with FPT which overall was a very good experience and a great reintroduction to flying. The operations manager, Carolin, is very efficient and got my course booked in quickly. The classroom briefs are brilliantly delivered and are then immediately applied in their Slingsby T67M firefly aircraft.
Before completing the course, it had been almost 2 years since I had flown so it’s safe to say I felt a bit rusty. However, my instructor, Adrian, was incredibly patient and great to fly with. I finished the AUPRT course feeling a lot more confident as a pilot as it exposes you to a whole different level of flying, providing skills and knowledge which every pilot should be familiar with.
