I undertook the MCC/JOC at JetMasterclass. Frank is the owner and instructor with a lot of experience at training Boeing pilots. Plenty of coffee and biscuits at the facility. A very relaxing and professional environment. At the time of my 2 weeks' training there were airlines hiring the 737 simulators for training and assessments. It was a good opportunity to speak to some of their staff.

We were given a folder with the syllabus, SOPs, and schedules. They were all informative and useful for trainings. One special feature of the course at JetMasterclass is that it's all manual flying with raw data. This somewhat steered the training into sim prep for assessment, which I found useful. At the end of first week, Frank promised we would be 'hijack-ready', to which I cannot disagree. By the end of the second week, I felt confident to fly a 737NG on SID STAR and ILS with raw data all manually. It's a confident boost on my future airline assessment.

On the MCC side, the theory training is decent. It helped us appreciate the benefits and risks of multi-crew and how good CRMs can ensure a safe operation.
